January, a time when the sun has vanished from the sky and all the excitement of Christmas and New Year is a distant memory. That’s why a cheeky trip to Italy is exactly what the doctor ordered. A day in Bologna then a few in Florence, eating wonderful food and taking in the sights and the sun.
